Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We are in the process of working on that!

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us at infiniteelegance5@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. For lost orders, we are NOT responsible.
